Plymouth County Police Officers Association, Inc.

The Plymouth County Police Officers Association was created for the protection, promotion, comradely and the welfare of all Law Enforcement officers within Plymouth County Massachusetts.  The primary goals of the organization are:

For the improvement of all law enforcement agencies with in Plymouth County, and the entire Cape Cod region,

To render aid to the public, and other law enforcement personal,

To provide the most efficient service to all agencies,

The collection and sharing of information concerning the practical working of different systems of police organizations,

The cultivation of social intercommunication and fraternal fellowship between the different law enforcement departments throughout the state of Massachusetts,

To provide for the protection, promotion and the welfare of all law enforcement officers,

To enhance the efficiency of all law enforcement departments throughout the state,

To render help to our Fallen Comrades, and

To help ensure the comfort and welfare of dependent relatives surviving a member killed in the performance of his or her duty, or suffers a serious injury.

Statement of Purpose

To establish, and pass on matters of interest to law enforcement officers.

To promote the interest of law enforcement officers throughout Plymouth County and Cape Cod by means of encouraging a closer relationship between all law enforcement departments.

To secure the cooperation of all law enforcement officers everywhere.


To acquire and disseminate knowledge and technical information useful in combating or preventing crime.

To provide a medium for the exchange of knowledge and experience in law enforcement.


To encourage all law enforcement officer to acquire skill and efficiency in the performance of their duties.

To foster high professional standards of conduct for law enforcement officers.


To hold activities and functions to promote interaction and friendship within the association and all members of law enforcement officers throughout Plymouth County, State, and Country.

To promote and encourage social, economic and educational policy’s that will benefit law enforcement officers and the general public.

General Information

1. Meetings are held at the Royal Garden, 3 Tremont Street, Rt. 3A, Kingston, MA the last Tuesday of every month (Except for July, August, & December), 18:00.

2. Annual membership dues are $25 per calendar year. Paid once a year in January.

3. Dinner is also served at the meetings. The dinner is purely optional, and no one is under any obligation to purchase the dinner. However, if you do decide to eat dinner. There is a minimal cost of $20 for the dinner. Normally the dinner is Salad, Prime Rib, Potato, Vegetable, and Dessert. Note – The dinner selection of Prime Rib is subject to change. We also have a full (Cash) Bar.

4. Each month we have a special guest speaker. In the past we have many different speakers such as: Federal Agents, State Police, K-9 Dog’s Demonstrations, Police Radio Experts, and Radar experts, In addition to many Chief’s of police from various departments throughout the state, in addition to the Massachusetts State Police Air Wing.

5. The newly formed event committee is working hard on developing more social outings and functions.

Come and make new friends, meet fellow Law Enforcement Officers, Deputy's, Troopers, Correction Officers, Constables, Federal Agents, and many others. Make new friends, eat a good dinner, have some fun!
